Exercise

"If you're lacking a regular exercise routine in your life, dear Aquarius, today's a great day to turn that around." Russell Grant

I've just read this as the opener for my horoscope today. In fact I'm just back from cycling to (and from!) the leisure centre where I swam 40 lengths.

Looks like great minds think alike!

Had to jiggle around on the saddle a little .. definite bruising from my first little foray on the bike. I shall be investigating the 'lady saddles' later today!

Russel is a fine one to lecture on exercise.

I expect he's got a lot of bounce.

Cycling and swiming all in one hit is serious exercise. Well done you.

Don't overdo it though - the leaning on handlebars, gazing thoughtfully into the distance mode is useful, occasionally!!

The exercise element was probably only a little over an hour, 25 mins cycling, 35 swimming. I know my limits on the swimming. It was when I used to go to the gym in the condominium in the US that I got obsessive. Started with 20 mins and before you knew it I was there for 3 hours!
The bike doctor's going to raise my handlebars ... maybe I can do the leaning on them then.
How thoughtful of you to give such advice, thank you!

Hi Mum. Softer saddles really are much more comfy, I got one.

Maybe I'll check out soft as well as the lady one with a hole in then!!! you've got less weight on your saddle though! Maybe when I've lost another stone (or two!!!) xxx

Nope, I pick the bike up tomorrow. Now, shall I walk round for it or stuff it in the car? Don't want to break the new reflector off as I did last time - and got covered in oil.
Well, I exagerated (I think there should be two of one of the letters in that word) a little about losing two stones!
One stone less would do ok but I'd lose my boobies a little. Two stones and I could be re-named pancake chest! I quite like having boobies.
